Design, build, and construction of a new 118 unit residential housing structure. The building layout consists of 5 wood frame residential stories atop a 6500 sq ft retail space and two levels of below grade parking. 20% of the project’s units were designated affordable housing.

Successful execution of the project resulted in a Platinum level LEED certification.
